Needs a LOT of work! With all of the money they are taking in, and not paying out, there is no sense in it being like this. And the payout system is weird, nothing like Wind Creeks system. Roads, parking lots, atmosphere…what happened! Pull it together, whoever owns it. Could be a nice casino with some internal investment.

It was our first time going and our last ! Food menu awful Games dont pay We witness how a few workers took advantage of older people . It was awful ..... if we could give it a minus 0 , we would. The only worker that was nice they we made contact with was the guy making the food. It was not his fault . He cooked what he had. As we talked to a few people and walked around we noticed how a few workers were playing games and funny some were family members of the workers and they were hitting the jackpots .... 🤔🤔. UNBELIEVABLE Its was beyond awful . It was 6 of us 2 won 100. 4 lost what we brought to play with plus our player card that was 25.00 .

FYI… Don’t waste your time going here. It is a long wait to even get your card as a member. They have two older senior citizens working in the front desk and the lady with the short week is terrible with service a attitude problem. I don’t even know why they have her at the front desk. Don’t waste your time coming here. It was a terrible experience. They do not honor first time persons with $50… I’m giving you a heads up this place is awful. I had the worst experience ever ever ever ever ever don’t come to this place

I read all the bad reviews and I had to see for myself. This was my first visit and I have been to all the casinos in Alabama. I must say I was surprised - it was clean, secure, good new games and the people were nice and polite. Maybe all the changes have taken place. 777 Birmingham deserves another look!

Drink prices are outrageous. Most of the machines are broken and down new machines being installed but not operating now machines tight tight tight tight tight will not come back again. Been living here for three years. I’m gonna go to Tunica or North Carolina next time and they say that they don’t know when it’s gonna be remodeled although new people have taken it over. It’s not a casino. It’s robbery.

Gave it 3 stars because I didn't go into the casino itself. I went here for the "Birmingham State Fair" which was absolutely a rip off. It was the size of a church parking lot Fair and overpriced with very little to do. Total fake advertising! *again, I don't know much about the casino itself. Seemed OK. Not too busy on a Monday afternoon.
