Non smoking Casino. This Casino is not only clean but it’s very bright inside. It’s not dark and gloomy like others. It smells fresh. The staff is amazing. Michele was very polite and knew the history on the Casino. She shared great information about when is was built.

Pretty cool place. The staff is always super nice and friendly. It’s definitely always clean! I like the fact that they announce jackpot winners every 30 minutes or so. I just wish there was more food options or some thing that was always open like pizza. Gambling makes you hungry! Another great bonus is the free drink station, especially when I go in the morning and just need a little coffee to get me started!

Santan, Mountain Casino, one of my favorite HOT local destinations. Many fun and wonderful slot games which award MORE hand pay JACKPOTS along with it’s sister Casinos than any other non-affiliated ones. The kick backs from the players club are top-tier especially when you’re an Invitational card holder, which before this year was unheard of to me. I would highly recommend to everyone who ENJOYS having a good time in an invigorating atmosphere that is close to home. You too could be 30 minutes from winning a pocket full of CASH!!!

I won on my slot so I can't complain about that however I found staff to be cold and unfriendly I didn't appreciate that we had to wait for managers to come verify our discount almost 15 minutes sad the food was good but the staff was not prepared I also felt in a bingo hall that they didn't care about us they just stuffed us in sardines now please feel free to understand that I won I won quite a lot that night over $1,700 and only spent 62 but that doesn't mean I have to give a good review I was just very disappointed I was expecting something a bit more professional I mean after all they do have several other bingo halls to seem to run just fine what really threw me off is one of the staff members was really rude to young lady that was just learning how to play you can't expect to get new patrons if you don't show him what to do and make them feel welcome .

My fav casino in all of Arizona. The Gila casinos are long standing and have the best perks if you are a member and you can use them at any location. They have concerts, hotels, promos, restaurants and anything else. This location has a good spot that stays open late to the wee hours of the morning and you can get burgers, breakfast burritos or coffee. Highly recommend the sausage breakfast burrito with the salsa. It’s out of the way so it’s not busy and has plenty of parking at both entrances. Valet too if you want.

That being said, I’ve recently noticed some issues that I feel are worth mentioning. I usually stop by on weekdays (especially Tuesdays) since weekends can be very busy with newer players. I treat the experience as entertainment—much like watching a movie in a luxury setting—and I understand that losses are part of the game. However, during my most recent visits, the payout experience has been concerning. For example, on a Tuesday I lost more than 30 hands in a row at the same table with the same dealer (Jenny/Chris), even while varying my bets from $10 up to $450. Despite playing strategies I’ve relied on for years, the results didn’t feel consistent with the usual odds of the games. I also noticed that many other players around me were experiencing heavy losses, which made it feel like the system itself was difficult to beat rather than the usual fair risk of play. Additionally, I observed that the floor managers weren’t always updating or tracking bets accurately. This adds to the feeling of frustration when paired with unusual losing streaks. We had a good time gambling it was paying us back long enough to stay for a few hours. We did not eat at any of the restaurants this time but we'll be back to try our luck again. Beautiful place. Nothing but the looks of casino is good. Employees Are good accept the food court and players club needs to say yes instead of we can help you in other departments even though you are highest card tier. Learn how to take care of the members. Go to see how beautiful it is but look do get back in your car with lone or wild horse in mind. Play your money at those casinos. For some reason after several visits to San tan I never seen it busy.. your guess is as good as mine . 😉

We came the 2nd day it opened. Staff was absolutely outgoing and friendly, everything was organized and cleaned. The music was very upbeat, the casino is smaller than some other casinos but not too small, enough to have fun and stay all day and night. They also have a garden outside with couches and a fountain, the bars looked amazing and hopefully I will try a drink next time! The food was fresh and hot, just delicious. I absolutely loved it here and I am definitely coming back here. Update 3/4/25: It's still nice, it smells like vanilla throughout the casino. But just today, the security lady or worker came up to us and she told my fiance that she was told about him shaking the machines and to stop shaking the machine. Like WHAT?! I watch him play and he is calmer than ever. Make it make sense.

We had a fun time here. Its so clean and fresh and smoke free!!! The young man at guest services was so kind and professional while he set up all our new rewards cards. We came for the B.A.D. BINGO. He answered all our questions and guided us over to the BINGO area. Then the people in the BINGO area answered all our questions as best they could since it was the 1st weekend. We got in line at 8 based on their recommendations and it was already a long line. They actually started sales early to get the line moving, which was so efficient. Once they got the line moving, they could count back to where they would be sold out, so they went back to let the rest of the line know so they didnt have to wait for nothing. We got lucky and were the last group to get digital cards. We had some time until the game started, so we got some food and coffee. All the bar staff were great! Then we went to the BINGO room. We should have gone earlier to get better seating since there were 6 of us, but no biggie. The DJ played fun music all night. The B.A.D. BINGO staff was fun and energetic and organized. They were playing little side games like connect 4 and rock, paper, scissors for little prizes like troll dolls while we waited for the start. The numbers were drawn and announced quickly and the winners were checked efficiently. The digital games worked well and were easy to follow. They gave out glowing party favors like necklaces, rings, etc. None of us won, but we didnt care because we had so much fun!
