The system and or connectivity that the casino uses is frequently " down" much too often here. On multiple occasions I have found myself standing at the desk at guest services waiting for them to do something simple like redeeming a mailed offer. Today I went to use my food comps & free play, but was informed that their entire system was down and there was no way to redeem free play or points throughout the whole casino. With as much revenue as they get, you would think that they would get with the times and install some fiber optic cables to use for their intranet or address whatever software/hardware issues they are experiencing. New server/CPU/more RAM etc.. With the geographical location of this casino being sort of on the outskirts of town I am no longer going to be coming here, due to the amount wasted time I have experienced standing watching someone at a computer screen looking confused and super anxious because something out of their control is holding up one of their customers while a line continues to build longer.

Slot World has become one of my go to casinos over the last few years. The staff is always friendly, they have security at night, and they’re keeping their atmosphere safe and comfortable. There has been an increased police presence in the area, & anything that’s caused that has seemed to stay out of the casino and its parking lot. Otherwise I wouldn’t go there late at night by myself, which I do quite often. It’s a great casino.

To be honest I used work at this place and in the kitchen they have manager that knows how to do anything right their Customer Service is bad and I’ve worked in customer service for over 5 years now never in life ever had the rudeness from here, To top it off I’ve rose to go and ask FOR NO TOMATO since I’m allergic and every time I go their are tomatoes you guys needs to learn how to listen and make sure you’re customers know what they want and what they allergic to But over all they need better staffing and management and possible new owners but over all a really bad casino to go barely get any drinks they complain and it’s takes forever just to get you’re food from the kitchen

I like the smaller casino's They had a 50 hand poker my guy loves. I like they have the older games. Really nice place

We ate in their coffee shop and it was okay. It is extremely cigarette Smoky stinky in the casino however. Which you have to go through to get to the restaurant.

Went for breakfast with my family and on my food I found a piece of metal which I’m assuming was from the scrubbing pad that they used to clean the grills and the manager didn’t bother to apologize for it. I am disappointed for the poor management ethics.
