This review is for the downtown Pearlridge location. 10/10 would recommend for kids, adults, and family's alike! Buy and load your card up as many times you want as the fun is unlimited! So many new, updated, working machines available for single- and multi-player. Clean and enjoyable environment with competent staff working the prize counter in the back. Had a lot of fun while killing some time at the mall!

We had an unsatisfactory experience with the customer service at Tilt. The staff didn't seem friendly or happy, which affected our overall enjoyment. We won't be returning due to the treatment we received. It's disappointing when a place meant for fun falls short on creating a positive atmosphere.

The walls were dirty, the room was really dim. The machines weren’t working. To top it all off my son’s ball got stuck on the claw and I showed them and they did nothing! After all that I saw them go into the machine and put it back into the claw machine!

The kids love this place! Its a bit pricey for the games and they could use some new stuff, but the kids loves this place! I always visit this place when I am in the mall with the kids. They have one uptown too, so there is no escaping it. They took a lot of money from me...but its worth it, its for the kids...

This will be a little long hope the management will read it. We had a terrible terrible experience today with the staff. this guy that works there was very rude doesn’t have any costumer service experience doesn’t know how to deal with costumers even lied to me when I ask his name at first he said his name is joke and then say a different name jaiden when I ask him the second time. He was ready to fight and showed aggressiveness infont of my 2 daughters and son. I just asked him if he can reset the timer when I was playing basketball hoop just bec of the drinks I was carrying that I left on top of the machine but they were in a cup holder, he told me that I can’t leave the drinks on top of the machine so I told him I didn’t see any sign that says do not leave your drink on top of the machine, and that’s when he started insulting me he replied use your common sense and even asked me do you have $10k to replace the machine? And even threatens to slap me in the face when go back there the following day to talk to his manager.i was shock when he said that. I just simply asked him to reset the timer that’s all but instead he choose to argue with me until it reaches to the point that he wants to hit me. If he is not happy of his job then quit hope the management will do something about this so other parents will not experience of what i experience today I wonder how they get a 4.2 ratings.if possible avoid to go there your day will be ruined can’t recommend to anyone.

When Fun Factory closed down a few years ago, Tilt moved into the building and they have been providing the same kind of experience. Lots of games to play that are more catered to teens and adults. Would be nice if a larger space were available but it is still sufficient for fun.

Surprisingly good. I would recommend registering your card, especially if your are not a frequent goer and remember the name you register it under (even if it's one of your kid's). Just an FYI at $300 you qualify for VIP sets) card benefits.

We have so much fun here. It is rarely so crowded that we ever have to wait to play our favorite games. It's affordable fun and the games are generous enough that even my little ones win tickets and prizes.
