Easy check in front desk was very helpful in explaining the rules like no smoking and things we needed to know about the casino. She gave us 2 complimentary little gift bags of toiletries of our choice. I choice the fruity one of course. We get to our room and it was very nice spacious and clean. Brag alert welcome to 2025, they have convenient light switches that turn all the lights on and all the lights off or you could pick individual ones even one for the TV conveniently located by the door and each side of the bed.. over all great stay wish there was more food choices. Casino was well kept and clean. Good job hope to see you again

We love this hotel! We enjoyed the pool and health club, which were conveniently located, We dined at the fine dining restaurant and had a wonderful dinner with live piano jazz and a singer. Then we went to the BB King jazz night club for snacks and drinks. Of course we tried our luck at the Casino. A memorable and enjoyable, romantic night.

We had a great stay at WindCreek Montgomery. We got checked in right away, the staff was super friendly and our room was in tip top condition. The only complaint I have is they began spraying the black top early Tuesday morning so our sleep was interrupted. Other than that, it was nice!

For my Birthday some friends and I went to the casino. I had enough points for a $50 free play. The morning we were leaving they changed the points and I had enough for ZERO play. When I got home the points changed back. So I will not return to a Windcreek casino that needs to learn people will never forget how you made them feel. This made me feel like my business does not matter and I was done dirty.

The valet parking was closed and I am disabled and my sister was and we had to park far away. Valet guy was rude and not even welcoming as he redirect us. I go in to check in and said hello. Good evening and the young lady looked at me like I done messed up her day. They were very rude and uninviting. I would never never go to wind Creek Montgomery ever again to stay.

Rooms are very expensive for no amenities. Service is great and the employees are very attentive. Location is good and easy to get to. Machines are tight and the Casinos have the advantage. Play responsibly and play for fun.
