Very clean nice comfortable chairs not crowded. Plenty of self serve kiosks. What I didn't like was there wasn't anybody to teach new people to the races etc. So I really didn't know what to do. But I played keno and game my money to the state😡 …

Had to edit my review since they now have sports betting. They add about 10 screens for you to place any sport bet you want on any sport. Get paid 1 min after the game is final as long as they are open. Tons of screens showing the horse races and about 40 stations you can sit at and each station has a screen that you can change the channel to whatever race track you wanna watch! Jeff the Manager is the best and the staff has been there a long time so there's never lines because they are fast. Only thing I wish they would change since the sports betting was added is the time they are open. Monday-Thursday they close at 6 and most games start at 7 and you learn what players are in or out right before a game alot so you just have to guess if a player is gonna play because you only got till 6,but they are open till 9 on friday,Saturday,and Sunday. Great spot but they hate lottery. You could die in front of the lotto machine and mummify. They finish their texting before service but here is where the machines are your friend. But who has moral when half your customers last shower was probably when the original TV show Fame was a hit. I wanna live forever and never shower. If machines could dispense payouts tellers would be useless. Be great if they moped the urine once in awhile. Their business is horse racing but sound volume is usually super low. The personal TV's offer better sound. Wish they made a daily channel guide for the TV for quicker utilization. Self service lotto machine and self service payout vending machines. They hire someone to do nothing. They are lucky we are slobs and drop our tickets. But they could also be mopping urine and possibly sanitizing the machines once in awhile. While laundering money is normally a crime. Leaving your winning in your pocket through the spin cycle might not be a bad idea, you have no idea where that cash was last. Otherwise it is five star gambling!!! The staff is nice once they know you. But the abuse and smells they are forced to endure gives them reason for mostly weary caution. Speaking of caution, be careful in the lot, most people leave pissed off!

The manager of the winners in Waterbury I believe her name is Liz . always has a bad attitude and always seems like she is in a bad mood.if you wait for her to help you.she acts as if you are bothering her.stay away from her and this place.
