Had a wonderful stay at Banyan Harbor. It was very clean and spacious! We had two separate rooms and bathrooms, and even a washer (complimentary laundry detergent powder as well) and dryer which we definitely used during our stay. The lanai was wonderful to lounge at during the early mornings before we set out for the day and all the amenities in the stay from kitchen to toiletries made our stay that much more impeccable! Very proximate to the airport and other local spots we adventured to. Highly recommend!

I have stayed at this property many times and had great stays but unfortunately this trip we had a mice issue in our unit. We had a 7 night stay and during one evening I woke up to get some water in the kitchen and saw 3 mice on the kitchen counter and multiple droppings on the counter and on our food. They quickly ran away to a small space between the dishwasher and cabinets. After I saw this I started to look around the kitchen and living area space and found more evidence of mice due to droppings everywhere. Needless to say I was disgusted. I have a toddler who had been running all over the area prior to my discovery. I immediately reached out to the 24hr contact number since it was late at night but did not get a response. First thing in the morning I went to the front desk and let them know what happened. They were able to switch us rooms but we basically had to waste a day getting all our stuff moved and we were forced to throw out food, including a lot of food for our toddler. Considering this I asked to get at least the cost of a night refunded from the cost of our stay but they said since I booked online they only could refund my taxes. This didn’t make sense to me since I booked online directly from their website but they assured me that they would request the refund from their website company and would get back to me. Over a month later and I still have not heard back from Banyan staff or representatives even after contacting the front desk multiple times. I’m very disappointed in the lack of response from the property on this matter.
