We really liked this hotel. Nice staff. The room was great--especially the breakfast, shower and the makeup mirror in the bathroom. Plus frig, microwave, coffeemaker. It was quiet--not sure if they ever get noisy kids from the sports …

Staying with my family here. Floors were dirty. There was a dead roach on the floor when we arrived.... No bed bugs though so that's good. No spare towels anywhere to be found.. people getting to the hotel later at night likely don't want to go all the way down to the front desk to get a towel.. for a room with 2 full beds and a pullout couch there should be more than 2 towels. Location wise... I know there's nothing the workers can do about it but this definitely isn't the safest area. We got woken up around midnight to listen to a nearby store alarm go off because they had been robbed I suppose. But we checked downstairs to make sure it wasn't an issue with the hotel itself and the lady down there appreciated the concern, so at least the staff is friendly. Personally I slept well.. but the service(being prepared for rooms to be used) and cleanliness could be a ton better.

If you’re thinking of getting a good nights rest here, forget it. The walls are built with 1 ply toilet paper it seems. The people above me stomped around ALL NIGHT. I barely slept. I asked the front desk if they could move me to a different room and they claimed to be fully booked. I find that hard to believe. This hotel is a solid drive from the interstate so not even worth it. Located in the hood but there was a security officer stationed in the lot at all hours. Do not stay here.

The rooms were clean & smelled good when walking in. The staff were friendly. The breakfast didn’t have much to it. The room was still pretty bright while trying to sleep from outside lighting even with the blackout curtains drawn. Also, our comforter had a spot where it looked like an animal had chewed it. As for location, driving in looked like not the safest part of town, but the hotel had a security guard outside & felt secure.

I checked in for 1 night on September 10th. The property is very clean and nice! The packing lot and grounds are clean and well maintained! The front desk ladies are all so friendly! Wonderful check in experience, she gave us restaurant recommendations! There are security men in the lobby with guns on their belts. I’ve never seen armed guards in comfort suits, they were wearing casual dress attire with a comfort inn & suites polo. It made me feel safe and I really appreciate the causal approach instead of uniformed security. It was definitely a nice touch. The room was clean & spotless, comfortable bed, a lot of room and with fridge and microwave. The bathroom was nice and I loved the shampoo and conditioner in the shower! It was very quiet, I didn’t hear anyone in the other rooms. The breakfast selection is great! There is something for everyone, no matter what your diet is! Again, the breakfast attendant was so nice!! Everyone that works at this hotels is friendly! The next morning I ran a few errands, Starbucks, CVS, all with in a block of the hotel. It’s an older neighborhood, it’s a predominantly a black people. Everywhere we went, everyone said hi and we’re so friendly to us! I was in CVS and dollar general next door just across from the hotel and regular people ask me if I needed help finding things! It blew me away!! I felt so comfortable and so much gratitude for how everyone in that neighborhood treated us!! Amazing experience!
