shame of an establishment. pretty sure every member of staff has been trained differently, one let an account be made using an irish age card as a form of id (highly reliable and very trusted form of id) then we went in today to celebrate my friends birthday and her account had been fully suspended because her id is apparently to easy to be faked - the very id they let her make the account with in the first place and has used plenty of times before. put a very abrupt and unfortunate end to our night due to miscommunication between staff. what makes an irish id easier to be faked than any other nationality??? Come here quite regularly. Nicely hidden under the madness of broad Street. Nice relaxed atmosphere with very polite staff They have my favourite beer (Staropramen) on tap too.

I went in and I had a problem cashing out on my account. And the quick service of the manager there she was so such a lovely lady in to resolving the matter quick. So friendly and polite. And a beautiful smile. Staff are absolutely friendly. It's a lovely place to go and enjoy yourself. With friends or family. As I went with my husband and we always have a great time. I love the fact you have a bar. Hot drinks complimentary. Nice environment to be in. Cinema near by . Restaurants, wine bars on broad Street. You got hotels there if you coming from another town. It's amazing. Highly recommended Grosvenor Casino. And many offers they have on. Free to make a membership. Just don't forget to take 2 IDs. As you will need passport and driver's licence to.

The security on the door, tall 6”2 or maybe 6”5. Bold, was literally so rude. And condescending. He was judges us based on the questions he directly asked us. We explained we did have a drink previously at a different location. But we were not drunk or intoxicated. It was a slap in the face when another group who were caucasian individuals proceeded to head in without any questioning or prejudice that me and my friends had gone through. It is disgusting and out of order. If you don’t want to let us in because we don’t meet your criteria of people. Say that, and don’t make excuses with fake questioning.

Visited here on 22/08/2021 about 730pm the lady behind the bar was so miserable and unfriendly - I asked her if there was a sweet rose she just smirked and said ‘rose is rose’. Not good. Felt really uncomfortable and didn’t order a drink for the 3 of us. Played some black jack the dealers are friendly. Overall just not a nice atmosphere and everyone miserable
