My wife and I love to go to this casino. We stay at the hotel and stay at least 2 nights. I've seen reviews about people saying, "the water is too soft", but this is one of the reason's we love to stay here. The softness of the water is next level amazing. To say it's too soft is to say, "I prefer my showers to have dirt mixed with the water". The food is good, the service is good and they have non-smoking areas!!!

WinStar Casino and Lucas Oil Live never disappoint! This has become one of my favorite places to see a concert, and every visit just gets better. The venue itself is the perfect size—not too big, so you still feel close to the action, but large enough to bring in top-notch artists. The sound quality is crystal clear, the lighting is excellent, and the staff is always friendly and professional, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Most recently, I got to see Tracy Byrd and Shenandoah perform, and it marked the fifth concert I’ve enjoyed here. Just like every time before, it was nothing short of amazing. Beyond the concerts, the hotel at WinStar is equally impressive. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities you could want for a relaxing stay. The Cascades pool is another highlight—it’s beautiful, well-maintained, and the perfect spot to unwind before heading out for a night of music or gaming. Speaking of gaming, I even got lucky and left with a little extra cash in my pocket, which is always a bonus! I visit WinStar almost every other weekend. This is my fun place. The water park is clean and a cool place to lay out in the summer. Wait staff are friendly and fast. I do minimal gambling at low amounts. My goal is to have fun meet people and make new friends that's easy to do here. Rooms are clean and spacious. Don't go expecting to win big. Go for fun. Lots of gaming available, thousands of machines spread across a massive area. You will find something that you like. There is a non smoking section which is a plus but walking through the casino floor inevitably you will be in the thick of the smoking area. Drinks are not comped so budget for that if you plan on splurging at the bar. With players rewards you are eligible for room comps so that helps for future trips although generally doesn't include Fri or Saturday. Fun when you're winning!

Although I didn't get to stay here I did however go through most of the casino. It's really nice and they do have a non smoking area. However you have to walk through the smokers to get there if you park at their main entrance. I rarely saw a waitress for drinks but the they do have islands of beverage areas with coffee and sodas. Yes there is water but it comes from the fountain. They have a lot of the new and old games along with the coin pusher games like the arcades. It does cost a couple of dollars but it gets fun. Overall I do want to come back here if their kiosk actually worked for their member cards. I tried 7 to 9 times before I gave up. I want to come back for the weekend and try the restaurants.

Had alot of fun losing my money. Bar attendant wasn't very friendly, welcoming or helpful. Don't ask her for recommendations because she's just going to repeat "I don't know" over and over lol. Attitude was on "Leave me alone" so we left. Everyone else was great

We didn't stay in the hotel, we went for a concert. The club level experience is amazing. The club staff are super nice. Having dedicated bar service and a buffet is well worth the extra cost. The club seating gives a great view of the stage. The ADA seating is very accommodating. Afterward, you can go play some slots in the casino. This was our second concert here, and already have a third booked.
