We love this resort area. It's further away from the hustle and bustle. The lagoons and swimming pools are great. The dining around the resort is delicious. The staff at the resort do a great job accommodating your requests. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for a relaxing, clean and friendly place to stay with views of beautiful pools and lagoons then this is the resort for you. It will recharge your soul with the perfectly manicured landscaping and the best is enjoying a drink at the poolside bar with live music and sunset on display as the background. Definitely recommend!!! Mahalo Ko Olina Resort!

Some of the calmest beaches and less crowded than waikiki. Ko Olina beach is free and is about 45 minutes from waikiki. I suggest buying some misubi and snack and head here for 4 hours.

Absolutely perfect place to go in Oahu. We love the lagoons which are walking distance from the resort.
Rosanne★★★★★
Great food, awesome views to relax on the patio/balcony with our coffee and enjoy the view in the mornings!

I would stay here again. The Beach Villa resort has card access in several locations, so we felt safe. Compared to the other resorts beside us, our lagoon was the least crowded. Some days, there were only a few families on the beach. When I would walk down the path leading to the other resorts, they were extremely busy. The only thing that I felt like the other hotels had the advantage is the pools. Our resort had nice pools, but smaller. If going with a family, I would choose one of the other hotels due to the activities and pool slides. If going for quiet and peaceful, I recommend Beach Villas. Erased my daughter in pics for privacy.

The yellow speed BUMPS at the entrance to Ko Olina are so jarring that they trigger my neck pain. I broke my neck 20 years ago in a accident, and even at 1 mph, the car jolts aggressively over the bumps. It doesn’t feel welcoming—it says ‘go away’ instead of ‘aloha.’ Further inside the resort, the black speed HUMPS are much smoother and serve the same purpose without being so harsh. Dear management, why not use those at the entrance?

Nice staff who are also very helpful unless your personal wishes do not correspond to the median then every effort no longer seems necessary. Some defects can be seen in the restrooms, which cannot be locked... A great luxury hotel in a special class where there is certainly a little more hope left.

I would not recommend staying here. It is very expensive and all the hidden charges. Bought 4 or 5 inner tubes for bikes that have flat tires they worked for about two days and the tires went flat again and they charge me 80 bucks for tire fixing that I paid for the tubes. Towel racks was broke when we moved in when we moved out got charged $375 For them to fix them and was broke before we moved in. I would do my research before I moved in this place. It’s the best scam going in Hawaii.

The location is great and the coves of beautiful. The sand in the coves is very fine, making the beach possibly second to none. Room is small and inadequate. Outdated with thin walls. For some reason, the room numbers where I stayed were out of numerical sequence. The staff at the service desk in the building I stayed in were never at the desk. I didn’t have much interaction with staff at all so this is why I rated the service low. All in all, if I stayed here for a long stay and paid full price, I would’ve been extremely disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be willing to come back for future stays.
