Writing from the point of a tourist who stayed temporarily in a rented condo. The condo we stayed in was good, not amazing, but not bad. The surrounding area is absolutely OVERRUN with peacocks but to be quite honest, I enjoyed them. The light sleepers in our group were not happy as they get quiet loud at night. Parking is first come first serve unless you stay at a visitor lot, one way traffic flow around the building sucks but it is what it is. Appearance of the site and pool is pleasant. The surrounding cliffs and valley is that of a movie scene. It's genuinely amazing with both cliffs and beach/ ocean in line of sight of the 3rd floor and up of most of the bottoms buildings.

I hate to tell people about this gem of a location. We didn't need a car for our entire trip because TheBus the local bus system drops off and picks up at the front door. It's a 2 or 2.5 hour trip to Honolulu one way. You can use the bus, for 30 minutes, to go to Makaha Beach or walk downhill from the Towers in 40 minutes. There's parking for $15 a day or $85 for 2 weeks or a month. 24hr security. Pool. Free Gas BBQ. Laundry. Close to a golf course. Close to the mountains for hiking.

I stayed with my uncle that lives here while I was on vacation and it was a pleasure all around. I came at a time that maintenance was due on his AC unit and the workers worked hard for hours straight until they finished the segment of the job they came to handle. They definitely didn't waste time boosting their wages, they came and got work done. The grounds are constantly in a clean, maintained state and the vegetation is filled with life and placed perfectly. I had a great stay and wouldn't mind moving in here myself.

I stayed here through an Airbnb trip. The place is pretty nice. Security does a great job at enforcing the rules. The prices for doing your laundry are pretty fair. Our unit was really nice. Had modern decor and was very comfortable. The office staff were friendly as well. There were some less than great things that happened but I cant blame the towers for that and thus doesnt detract from my rating. Great place with even better views.

There's a young female entry gate employee that needs better training or a different non ppl involved job to better approach her rude fowl mouthed nature . Other than that. The property has great workers and amazing views. Wild peacocks roam free in the area and very loud in April mating seasons . Chicks come in June

We had such an amazing time at the Makaha Valley Towers. Very private, quiet and safe. You can see the mountains and the ocean from your room. Access to pool, BBQs, laundry machines. Plus there’s peacocks to admire!

Wow outdated facilities ! Be prepared for squawking peacocks which decorate the property they make the most annoying sound and step it up at night everybody says you will get used to it ….why should anybody have or want to listen to this horrendous noise? Partner parked outside the office to inquire about the decal and was treated rudely and they promptly wrote two tickets for the same violation…vacation ruined …

Most magical place we could have stayed. Far from tourist attractions and has the best beaches. Close to grocery stores and local eats. The only frustrating part is that you are 9 miles from the west side, but you have to drive 1.5 hours to get there because of the mountains. We cannot wait to book our next visit.

Stayed here during my trip and the entrance was greatly watched by some lovely ladies to keep track of who was coming and going, made it feel so much like my own home.
