Amazing resort on 70 some acres. Rooms and hotel is older but facilities are excellent. Great.place to bring the kids. Massive property. Has its own tram and boat to shuttle you to your room. Pools and lagoon were amazing..can swim with dolphins.. probably tons of info online..
Shelby Bryson★★★★☆
Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Our concierge offered us a choice of either an updated room or a better view. We took a room with the better view. The grounds are stunning full of plants, and the lagoon is fantastic. Able to see sea turtles every single day. Along the paths there is hundreds of different pieces of artwork. Lots of walking here, but many paths require using stairs. Tram was slow and squeaky, we found it easier to walk most of the time.

Great place. People all very friendly and helpful. The tram was having issues when I stayed there, but no big deal. (I was able to briskly walk with a rolling suitcase and still beat the tram to my stop. lol). I really only used the tram for leaving with my suitcases. Lagoon and pools are great! The pizza restaurant was really good also!

A good destination if you want to try that resort life for a bit. Obviously the prices are going to be a bit on the high side but it was worth it for the views. We came in August and it was absolutely stunning. Didn’t try everything. But that’s okay. On the downside the train is a bit slow and when we were there it actually stopped working for hours. Also the ac didn’t work in some. But that is minor inconvenience. I mean you’re in Hawaii!

Nice rooms but slightly smaller than Ocean Tower but is 500 steps closer to the main lobby. The King Ocean View room's view is not as nice as the ocean front view in Icen Tower and price is about $80 a night more than Ocean Tower. Next trip will be back at Ocean Tower since the courtyard is better, Kona Coffee is at Ocean Tower so actually more convenient for getting morning coffee.

Quite literally one of the most beautiful resorts I've ever been to. Service is amazing no matter where you go on this resort. Plenty of places to get food, drinks, and swim around.
Greg Davis★★★★★
Great place to stay. Easy access to a snorkel lagoon full of fish and turtles. Rooms were very nice but needed more servicing (had to call for towels, etc)
Erik Domingues★★★☆☆
Great location but overpriced for the terribly outdated rooms. When we first entered our room it smelled like it hadn't been used and hence cleaned in well over a month. Everything was dusty, the toilet didn't flush properly, etc. Also, they charge you a resort fee, parking is almost $50/night. It takes forever to get from one side of resort to the other. There is a very slow tram, but walking is sometimes easier.
Kylee W.★★★★★
Love the room the view the sheets could be a little softer , but the pillows and bed are awesome plenty of room for luggage, there's a small fridge and a coffee maker and a TV with regular cable.
Roshan Karki★★★★★
For us, this probably is the best tower. From our seventh floor balcony we could get a great view of the ocean, not only the ocean but also the lagoon and the golf course on the side. With the balcony open you can hear the ocean and the birds. You can see the people on the lagoon having fun. You can watch the beautiful garden or the wedding ceremony that is happening in front of you or people playing golf. It's located centrally in the resort and near by the Italian restaurant. The rooms are really modern and clean and spacious.
