This hotel exceeded our expectation! The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though they don't do daily housekeeping, they can provide you anything you ask them for like towels and even toothpaste! It's very close to those snorkeling sites which makes it a great place to live if you have early or late snorkeling trips. The rooms are spacious and well kept and no cockroaches! But as others had mentioned, the rooms are a bit outdated and could use some renovation (but seems like they will be remodeling them in 2026!) For a reasonable price, this is a great place to stay!

Wow, this is a hard one to review. I knew the property was in need of TLC and repair repairs by reading the reviews. The ground however our another story. The area where the units are have no vehicle access so you have to park in a central parking garage and walk to your building… Ours was at the other end of the compound and I didn’t appreciate the walk. They do have golf cart, people movers, that will take you to and from your room, we utilize that on the first day. The room itself was large and clean, but date. I was disappointed that the attention to detail were not there; There was no conditioner in the shower and the volume on the small TV in the bedroom did not work (little details). The full kitchen was completely staffed, it came with a washer dryer and they even had a little cooler in the room that you could take with you on your trip. The ground are in need of attention. I can understand that the rooms get dated, but the grounds should be maintained regularly, especially in a higher end resort. The vegetation on the hills almost nonexistent, the water features along the walkway had foot high weeds all over them…etc. I think the key here is the price point - if you get a good rate, it’s great. If you get standard Kona rates, it’s not worth it.

This is the cleanest time-share we've ever been in. The rooms inside our suite are spacious and well-appointed. It's great to have a washer and dryer inside our unit so we always have clean clothes. Very nice.

Front desk woman was extremely rude and condescending to my family member with Autism. Your job is literally customer service. How she holds a job doing that with that amount of attitude is beyond me. Everyone else was extremely pleasant but that experience at check in was wild. For others, please be aware to be on your BEST behavior because the front desk employee is looking to start a fight or find a reason to be short and rude. Thankfully the manager stepped in, and she was wonderful. Still overall a shocking experience.

This was our first time staying at this resort and we will definitely be back. We loved it. The location is fantastic, its clean and the ambiance is out of this world. There are ponds and fountains everywhere you look. They are clean and very well maintained. The staff is amazing. Our 4 year old twins locked the bathroom door in our room and we texted the number and before I could even tell my husband someone was on their way a staff member was at the door. Fabulous service. They also have events, shows and classes available to attend. We loved everything about this resort.

As others have mentioned, the units are pretty run down. Nothing that ruined our trip, and honestly for the price I would still stay here again! The units are really spacious, but those with mobility issues need to be aware there are stairs up to the kitchen/living spaces (at least in the 2 bedroom units, not sure about the others). Even though the insides are showing wear, the grounds are beautiful and the staff were all wonderful. We liked being able to use the pickleball courts! The front desk provided equipment to use free of charge. The pools are small but there are several, so it’s not hard to find a pool to yourself. The hot tubs were actually hot! We enjoyed that in the evenings. All in all, if you don’t care about shiny and new, and you want to save a little $ on accommodations, this is a great place to stay. Lastly, apparently they’re doing major renovations next year but I can only assume that means a huge jump in nightly price! We will see…
