Super cool place to hang out, friendly crowd, well lit outside, focused security on patrol. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You win some you lose some. My wife likes it because it's the only place nearby that has the LUNAR games, they also have a river kiosk, a lucky duck/community prize system, and some games you play on another card based system (pot o gold/keno, buffalo wheel bonus, buffalo hold n link, Queen Bee etc). The staff are great, especially too tall, although we have had issues with one of the security guards being rude to my wife on multiple occasions. I'm never around so I don't know if he's trying to be funny or what, but it's the only real negative thing I have to say about the place.

Place is a complete rip off. I was there for less than 30 minutes. No one offered me the free play that is advertised. I did receive it after requesting it.

This is definitely a rip off place! It's only good for entertainment but no real winnings! People are constantly inside the building sleeping, security guards are always asleep, and drug addicts hold up the bathroom for hours! Do not leave anything on your machine that is personal because the addicts who hang out will grab it and head for the doors! The ticket number they gave me never wins and I have asked to have it changed several times, workers always say it's not possible but I seen others do it! I have constantly added money to that ticket and nothing would add up on the board nor give me any free apins.....I am a max bet player! Love the workers tho, they are all sweet. Been waiting on the "owner" to reach out to me since 3 months ago, never heard from her. The worker sat and watch me add money on my ticket, play, and it not do anything for me several times over night....she took my name and number down for the owner to reach out to me about just changing the number and still nothing......if you ask the real players who like the Wicked Mad Hots or games such as those they will tell you they don't produce a lot of winnings unless you're playing low! I have been in there when a jackpot was won but the guy worked there so.....sorry but this is is definitely not a good place to go if you want to have a chance to play, actually stay in the game, even if you don't win, just stay in the game! Take your business elsewhere....workers are sweet, games are shifty, snacks are plentiful..... Need to upgrade on security level tho because it's a crazy dangerous world, and security is supposed to secure the building....too many addicts are allowed to hang out inside this place and not being made to go anywhere...if you win something then you'll have to secure yourself!

This place is really shady. They didn't pay me what I won. They insisted my redeemable balance was $40 and I know it was more.

Great service and games are fun and usually pay out pretty good. Free snacks and drinks for players. ATM inside that gives multiples of $5. which is awesome bc usually ATMs minimum to withdrawal is $29

Do not, I repeat DO NOT go to this place on Friday night's. They do cash giveaways and the regular customers will sit at machines pretending to play in case their names is called. This causes people who actually have money to not be able to play bc there are not any empty machines. On any given night there is trash, cigarette butts and ashes all over the consoles. Other than that the people who work there are nice.
