The Sheraton Kaui at Coconut Beach was the nicest hotel with the best amenities and staff. It was quiet, the doors were soundproof, the lobby is stunning and open and you walk out to the pool and see the ocean right there!! It was the most …

While the staff at this hotel are beyond lovely and try to go above and beyond for their guests, we, unfortunately, did not have the best experience at this hotel due to the uncleanliness of the room. I travel with a blacklight and we spent the better part of two hours throughout our trip trying to secure clean sheets - only detectable via a blacklight (see attached videos). We had a few other cleanliness issues such as bugs that were there upon check-in and went unaddressed for the duration of our 5-night stay, as well as random water leakage from out faucet for 2 nights. But the bedding was the most concerning. Please watch these videos. We were absolutely disgusted by the stains we discovered. Especially for the money paid! Again, the staff responded well, bringing multiple sets to our room until we found sets that weren't stained. They are fantastic. Otherwise, we had a nice time - pool scene, while busy, was nice and the location is fantastic with direct beach access.

We made a quick stop for 2 nights at this property. We were upgraded to the one bedroom suite as Titanium Elite member and was not disappointed. I had preordered champagne and charcuterie for the room and it was there and wonderful. The service in the restaurant was 5 star. Our server was Art. He was spectacular in all aspects. He even serenaded us with an A cappella native Hawaiian song. We were visited and thanked by the Sou Chef as well as Resort Operations Manager, Timothy. We are extremely pleased and appreciative of the top level service. The food was so much more than we expected. We’d highly recommend staying at this resort and giving the restaurant your business. Thank you so much Art!!

We booked the Sheraton for an anniversary trip in late September. We were pleased with the overall experience! We paid with points as a platinum Marriott member and Keoka (sp?) was able to offer us an upgrade on check in! This was welcome after a long travel day. He was gracious and welcoming and made sure we had all the info we needed. On our first night we attended the luau which was an awesome way to start our vacation. Food was great, entertainment was even better. Very informative and enjoyable performances. We enjoyed the pool, sunrise yoga, and renting bikes to cruise around the area. Best part of the resort was probably awesome bartenders Aedan and Savannah at Crooked Surf who took awesome care of us all weekend. We had dinner one night at Moa Moa and while the food was wonderful the service was lacking finesse and polish for the type of restaurant indicated. Oh well, we ate and beelined to our perch at the beachfront bar. Room was fine- we were barely in it. We had originally booked a king room with a standard view but he upgraded us to an ocean view but with 2 queens. Room was still comfortable and worth the trade off for an ocean view. Stunning! We would definitely visit again.

We came to Kauai to celebrate our 40th anniversary and this resort and their team of talented, thoughtful people made it so memorable. Jaye, Lida and her staff had our bed decorated with a beautiful 40th anniversary display with towel …

I went here for part of my honeymoon. Absolutely terrible experience. We arrived at this hotel a little before 6 PM and the staff was very friendly and upgraded our room to a “ocean view”. Was a nice view however more of a pool view. Either …

This hotel was far from a “4-star hotel” the room was so incredibly dirty. The pictures of this hotel are misleading. The floors were literally lifting in our room and my toddler kept tripping on them. The carpets, floors, and bathrooms need a huge upgrade. After 3 days I couldn’t stand it and decided to cancel the rest of our stay and stay at The Westin (which is where we will be staying for our future vacations.) If you value cleanliness after a long day out exploring I highly suggest spending the extra money elsewhere.

My husband and I, both recently retired stayed at the Sheraton Coconut Beach resort from September 16-23. We originally booked a Partial Ocean View King and requested a 2nd floor or higher room. Upon checkin, they had placed us on the …

I wanted to give this resort a chance even though some of the reviews did mention some concerning issues. In particular, another review mentioned that this hotel is not a good place to celebrate a special occasion. I wholeheartedly agree …

The pool and beach is beautiful but note it’s a beach where you CANNOT swim due to roughness of water, rocks and drops. The food at the hotel is awful. The rooms are nice but definitely get an ocean front instead of ocean view as the “balcony” on the ocean view is super tiny and two people barely fit together on it. The air conditioning is good. The location is nice but not if you want to swim. I would not come back here.
